CASE STUDIES

How organisations use VENTEX Connect.

This is where experience from real deployments will appear – with measured results, including what did not work, and only with the approval of those involved.

No published case study yet.

Organisations are currently testing VENTEX Connect in pilots. A case study will only appear once there are reliable results and the organisation has approved every line. Until then, the pilot directory shows who is taking part and what is being tested.

CONTENTS

What every case study contains.

  1. Starting point

How the organisation communicated before and what it wanted to change.

  2. Scope

Who was involved, for how long, with which features – and what was left out.

  3. Results with a measurement period

Only measured figures, each with its period and method. No estimates.

  4. What did not work

Problems, limits and open points are part of it – they are often the most useful part.

RULES

Our rules for case studies.

  • We only publish what the organisation has approved in writing – word for word.
  • Every figure states its measurement period. Anything not measured is not claimed.
  • If an organisation is affiliated with VENTEX, this is clearly shown.
  • Quotes come from named people and are approved by them.
  • Approval can be withdrawn at any time; the case study is then removed.

Your organisation as a case study?

Organisations that use VENTEX Connect in a pilot decide at the end whether and how their experience is published. There is no obligation.
